Does VICIDIAL support "least cost routing" by using a database of rates for each lata (OCN)?
Is there a way to upload the OCN rates into the dialer/asterisk?
This was descibed to me as a 'smart switch' that can determine which area to call with the lowest per minute rates.
Any help on this would be appreciated.

What countries will you be calling?
Will this be based on area codes?
How many records are in this LCR database of yours?
