Any Inbound Reporting That can be Integrated?

Ive looked at Queuemetrics but its not floating my boat I dont mind buying the software I just need something to give detailed inbound reports.

Could you explain in more detail exactly what you are looking for?

and mind you that vicidial is based on php/perl/mysql and you can customize any reports by creating scripts that can access the database.

You can also PM matt if you have customization needs.
