hi am verywell known in outbound configuration but first time am configuring inbound i created ingroups and closer campaign also but how to configure DID no sip.conf and extensions if anybody knows help me i will pay for that files also

There are examples of how to do all of that in the SCRATCH_INSTALL docs as well as the example_conf files in the docs directory of the release you downloaded.

All you need to do is to purchase the Manager's Manual at www.eflo.net

It contains tutorials and explanation of VICIDIAL. Plus the money spent goes to the development of VICIDIAL :)
