Crossed lines with voip trunk?

Postby mxc4 » Sat Feb 09, 2008 2:18 pm

Hi all,

One of our clients has signed up with a voip provider and experiences crosses lines on a regular basis. I.E. An agent gets another agent call in their meetme room.

They didn't have these problems when they were using a pri line to the telco. All we did was change the outgoing dial trunk in extensions, conf.(We added the sip trunk too.) The voip provider says its not a problem from their side.

If this is the case then it logic tells me that when an agent dials out vicidial places the wrong call in their conference room ie. instead of connecting the new outbound call to the meetme room it connect a different one.

Has anyone else experienced this or does someone have some pointers on how to solve it?
