Broadcast Dial Pre-recorded message with live transfer?

Is there a way to broadcast dial to all phone numbers with a pre recorded message and give the listener a chance to press 1 to be transfered to a live person?

Yes there is. I recommend purchasing the Manager's Manual. There is a detailed instruction on how to do that.
