CALLBACK STATUS LIVE

Have a quarry,
I have noticed, when downloading export callbacks there are status called live,
which generally means the time of the callback got matured.
But when i search for that particular lead its been disposed on another status like no answer or busy previously.
why its still showing as live ? it should be inactive status.

You should check if you have this script entry(or something like it) in the crontab on one of your active VICIdial servers in your cluster:

# cleanup of the scheduled callback records
25 0 * * * /usr/share/astguiclient/AST_DB_dead_cb_purge.pl --purge-non-cb -q
