3way calls recording too long - Vicibox 9.0.3

hello,
i am using Vicibox 9.0.3
VERSION: 2.14-828a
BUILD: 210907-1901
Version: 2.14b0.5
SVN Version: 3516
DB Schema Version: 1644
DB Schema Update Date: 2021-09-09 07:14:02

when i use campaign option to record 3way calls, it does recording the calls, but call length is full 60 min, even if both parties hangup the call. i get a full 60 min recording,

example: if both parties spoke for 10 min and hangup. i get a recording length for 60 min.. 10 min of their conversation is recorded, rest 50 min is blank.
how to fix this call length.
recording should be stopped as soon as both parties hangup the call.

in Crontab i have added these already
* * * * * /usr/share/astguiclient/ADMIN_keepalive_ALL.pl --cu3way
* * * * * /usr/share/astguiclient/AST_conf_update.pl --no-vc-3way-check
this is already added

can you someone help please

Set recording on server over 60 minutes, admin > servers

Our client ask us to use 120 min as xfer call might go up to 120 min.

Problem is

Even if both parties hangup the call in 30 min we are getting recording of 120 min

How to fix this recording length issue? Recording should stop as soon as both parties hangup the call.

Sounds like your carrier isn't sending the correct signal to end the call, it's not supposed to go like that

i have checked this with multiple carriers, Switches, its the same thing with all carriers.

however if i use custom dial plan
exten => _88.,1,Dial(${TRUNKloop}/89${EXTEN:2},,To)
exten => _88.,n,Hangup

exten => _89.,1,Answer
exten => _89.,n,Goto(defaultlog,7${EXTEN:2},1)
exten => _89.,n,Hangup

its working fine, getting recording time and log perfectly fine on all carriers.

problem is we can identify recording file name.

this is what i get after recording is ended

can we change the 1 xfer recording name to identity ? like it should be showing 2 numbers, customer's number and call transfered number both like in 2nd recording it shows 2 numbers, call received from, and received on which did inbound number

You can do recording name changes from campaign recording name field, and based from it you can identify them.
