VERM(the VICIdial Enhanced Reporting Module) is released!

Postby mflorell » Mon Aug 29, 2022 2:32 pm

After over a year of work, we're finally ready to release VERM(the VICIdial Enhanced Reporting Module)!
Currently in Beta, this new reporting solution for VICIdial is now part of the free svn/trunk codebase.

If you upgrade your VICIdial system to svn/trunk revision 3627 or higher, you can access VERM on the "Reports -> Admin Utilities" page, towards the top of that page.

VERM uses Queue Groups(groups of campaigns and/or in-groups together) for reporting, so you should create at least one Queue Group(in the Admin section) for reporting in VERM to work. Although I don't think a lack of Queue Groups would cause it to be completely blank. I did do a fresh install of VICIbox 10 and VERM worked on it yesterday.

Nope, VERM is VICIdial-only. It only works with the native VICIdial logs and settings.
