how to set best time or range to dial a lead or list

Hey guys,
Is there a way to set a "best time" to call a lead or list in Vicidial?
Like if someone requests to be contacted in the morning vs afternoon?
Maybe there is a way with the non-agent api?

why not just use the callback feature ?
