Hello Team,

Please assist me, I can make an outbound call through my E1 line but ge below error for incoming calls despite following the manual for ingroup,DID,ect.

[Nov 8 10:05:09] -- Span 1: Extension 886502800@from-pstn does not exist. Rejecting call from '886004178'.
[Nov 8 10:05:35] -- Span 1: Extension 886502800@from-pstn does not exist. Rejecting call from '886004178'.

Now I get this error when I dial my DID making incoming call to my call center. on my mobile, it says the number is not in service.

This error was due to the wrong context from-pstn context does not exist unless you create it


Second error is you need to configure the DID 886502800

Is it posible to use the default DID? Is there any known issue working with the default DID?

You need to create a diaplan entry for the DID you want to route instead of using the default one, because it won’t match the dial plan pattern

yes you can use the default, just change the DID route to the destination you want.

"This the type of route that you set the DID to use. EXTEN will send calls to the extension entered below, VOICEMAIL will send calls directly to the voicemail box entered below, AGENT will send calls to an agent if they are logged in, PHONE will send the call to a phones entry selected below, IN_GROUP will send calls directly to the specified inbound group. Default is EXTEN. CALLMENU will send the call to the defined Call Menu"
