Hello,

Can somebody help me identify what are those Agent Released Calls?
Does this mean human answers? and If so, Voicemail is included?

Thanks Carpenox.

I can see that on the Team Performance Detail Report. But i see it now that it include the CB No Answer and Voicemail which, they are not Human Answered Calls.

If there is any input, it is highly appreciated.
