Did you read the non_agent_api? there is no function for "total_calls" - try one of the following, and READ the instructions :-p
call_status_stats - report on number of calls made by campaign and ingroup, with hourly and status breakdowns
call_dispo_report - call disposition breakdown report
let me know if you figure it out, if not ill add some basic instructions to the api article I have with examples, just post a comment on my blog and itll get done
