Posted: Wed Jan 20, 2021 1:36 pmthe demo is not attached to a real carrier and therefore will not work. you would have to go to www.vicibox.com and install either the live demo version for yourself, and add a carrier or install the vicibox full version and again, add your own carrier.
Vicidial is the open source software that is used to host most contact centers around the world, but it takes some additional configuration. Check out the managers manual on the main page at vicidial.org and go from there. Good luck
