How to convert .iso to diffrent image file

How do I convert .iso into different image file since im using cloud server(digitalocean) and will upload a custom image but .iso is not applicate for the cloud server(digitalocean).

Yes I already did sir however it seems I cannot grasp it how its done and it's not working when I do it

what type of file are you trying to turn it into?

Error sir when uploaded on digitalocean
