hangup carrier log code 0

good afternoon

I use vicidial version 8 and I have a problem with the vicidial_carrier_log table, in the sip_hangup_cause field on many occasions it leaves the value at 0 even when the disconnection code by the carrier is sent correctly, this is validated by means of SIP paths. What would be the reason why this value is entered and not the correct value of the disconnection code? Is there another table I can consult?
