DISPO RESET PROBLEM

HI GUYS i have an issue where disposition supposed not to be dial are getting called again when i reset leads, on the dialed statuses i only select AM, NA, Busy and equivalent Auto for those Dispo, but i got instances that NQ are being dialed 3 times on the day upon each time i do list reset, any idea guys why is this happening somehow.? anyone can help
NQ is a custom statuses i set on the campaign and i vene put it with detailed on DNC but it was still being dialed
