If customer called us before we called him back

Hello;

vicibox 7.0.3, vicidial 2.12-15, Build 160508-0139, asterisk 11.22.0-vici, Single Machine

If the lead in the hopper to be called back and he called us and no need to call him any more, how can we avoid calling him (removing it from the hopper)?

This is why your campaign hopper lever should only be set to as many calls as you can place on that campaign in 1-3 minutes.

And if you are using Lead Recycling ... turn it off. Call all the numbers on your list. Reset the entire list. No more overlap problems.
