Call not landing to agent with specific server and campaign

Hello team,

I have facing an issue that a single server having call landing issue with a specific campaign's agents. the agents of this campaign and server are in waiting more than 15 mins and other than this campaign all agents are working fine and on other server this campaign agents are working fine.
i have 800 agents live on my setup and using 15 dialler machines and having issue with a single dialler machines.

version 2.14b0.5
SVN 2975
DB schema 1520
Debian 8
Asterisk 11.22.0-vici
Cluster yes
DB Server Dell R630 E5-2678 v3 48 GB RAM (no virtualization dedicated to DB only)
web server x 3
Telephony servers are Virtual Machines on Proxmox
Total 15 Telephony servers.

1) you did not post the Vicidial Version with Build. Required for support on this site.

2) You did not post a link to your installation instructions. Just the word "scratch" is really not useful for us to help you based on idiosyncrasies of the various installation methods. Try to include a link to the installation instructions on every post. It helps.

3) You stated that agents on one of your servers do not get calls .. but you did not mention whether that server was web or dialer or both.

4) Many call centers put agents on one server that are also related in some other fashion, such as the physical location of the agents or the client for whom they are dialing. These other factors can cause your "it's the server" logic to be incorrect. Have you tried moving one of the agents that is on this server to another server AND tried moving a functional agent on another server to this server to verify that the server is in fact the problem?

5) If balance dialing is not in use (either because it is off or because there are theoretically enough trunks on this server to suffice), have you looked at the asterisk cli to see if all the calls are simply failing due to a non-functional telco connection? In fact, does this server even have a carrier assigned to it? 8-)
