Guys, this is somehow unusual i get this on system setting without SVN version:



and part of the issue i get is the transfer button gets grayed out when doing manual dial only

Check asterisk version in server settings. We have had this happen before where it doesn't show the manual call ever connected. and everytime its always been the asterisk version doesn't match whats installed.
