As of now I am using Filter on the campaign, I created 2 filters 1 for mobile and 1 for landline.
Once I loaded the filter, the available leads to be dialed changes confirming that the filter is working.
currently in the campaign what is selected is Mobile and in the Realtime Report t shows landline.

Why is that on the Real time Report, the filter is different from what I set in the campaign?

On the Real-Time report, what do you have selected for the "Select Campaigns:" option?

my bad, did not select campaign, since we are using just 1 campaign. Selection is "ALL Campaign" but when I do specific campaign, real-time report is working.
