Hot Key for Agent Pause/Active

VERSION: 2.13-576a BUILD: 161126-2138 | asterisk 1.4.27.1|single server |Centos6.0 |One Digium card | No cluster

We have one inbound campaign and DISPO Screen disabled and DEAD MAX values as 4 seconds.
Have configured one WEBFORM CRM age where the agent can look over the customer details such that whenever call comes, web pop up will be coming.
Always, the agent has to switch over between the vicidial agent page and CRM page.
Agent will be attending the customer by looking at the CRM page.

Our Agents have instructions like DO NOT PRESS HANGUP BUTTON and Every time customer has to press the hangup button and agent should not hangup the customer.
Once the customer hangup, either some agents are missing to press the hangup button with in 4 seconds and going to Pause mode .
At the same time, we can increase the DEAD MAX time out from 4 seconds to higher value.

Is there any option in vicidial such that agent can switch over between PAUSE and ACTIVE states using a Hot key on KeyBoard?

No, that is not currently a feature.
