Hi guys


Just to know more about the way Vicidial works, I would like if some of you could explain the reason to have Apache server with prefork configured instead of not having it. what kind of issues could come up if not configured?

would you recommend not to have prefork enabled?

I appreciate your valuable comments.

That's only really necessary for 25+ agents and higher(upto 200 agents). PreFork is needed to extend the capacity of Apache to serve many concurrent page views.
