Removing Call Recordings for a CLI

Hi Everyone ,

I hope this message finds you all well ,

Please assit with the vicidial manually removing a specific CLI, leaving no trace for previous contact attempts.

How to go about it please help it's urgent.

Your assistance would highly be appreciated.

Seems rather suspicious asking to get rid of traces of call, like you're trying to get out of trouble for calling someone you shouldn't. This may not be the case, but it is definitely sketchy. With that being said, you could delete the record from mysql and the asterisk logs, however, your voip carrier will still have the records and thats where they tend to go for any tracebacks, so it would be useless to try to delete evidence of a call.
